Willie & Jennifer // Onalaska, WI Wedding Photography

The La Crosse/Onalaska area will always feel like home to me, so spending the weekend there to celebrate Jennifer and Willie’s wedding made my heart so happy. The couple planned the perfect day and picked so many awesome locations for photographs! Jennifer’s dad and brothers work for the railroad, so they rented a train-trolley for the morning to shuttle us around Onalaska, La Crosse and La Crescent, MN. It was a beautiful summer day filled with love and laughter, family and friends. Jennifer and Willie are generous, caring and full of life and love. We were honored and blessed to be apart of your special day. We loved celebrating with you- congratulations!!

Clarence (Children’s Photography)

Clarence is turning ONE soon, and let me tell you, Clarence has the most addictive laugh babies can have. Every time he laughs, you end up laughing too. His parents and I went to a near by park where we just let him play. It ended up being his second time in a swing and he loves it! He climbed the slide, got dirty and wore himself out. Don’t you wish we could all be kids again?! Happy birthday Clarence!

K & J (Children’s Portraits)

On a recent trip back to La Crosse, visiting some good friends of mine, I couldn’t help but photograph these two adorable girls again. As the brats were grilling and the corn was cooking, I captured a few shots of the girls, and a few family ones as well. Once again, mom picked out some really great outfits (they were her and her sisters from when they were young.) Too cute. Seriously. Hard not to love them.

Hoffmans [Family Portraits]

I admit. I am slow. These photos were taken back in August when I lived in La Crosse. Look at the weather. It was beautiful then. Not anymore. Anyways, this family is a blast. It was honestly, actually kind of by fluke that the whole family  was even in town when I went over to their river house to photograph some of their family. Grandma and Grandpa, 4 kids, 2 spouses and 4 grand kids! :)
This family is normally spread out through out Wisconsin and one family in the Twin Cities. But for the day, I was welcomed into their family to have fun and capture the Hoffman’s in their beautiful summer skin.

Hans and Luke with their dad.

Thomas, who is a little ham. Not very smiley, but adorable non the less.

Kaarina and Julianna again! :)

Grandma and Grandpa with the grandkids!

The gangs all here.

Family.

Mom and dad.

The newest addition to the family.

Possibly, eventually the next addition to the family… ;)

Special thanks to this family for inviting me into their home and
into your lives. God Bless.

UWEC Gymnastics.

Samantha’s mother contacted me to photograph her daughter’s last year in college gymnastics. She was going to make a scrapbook of all of the years Sam has been in the sport and a shadowbox displaying all of Sam’s awards and achievements. It was all going to be a surprise to Sam at the end of the season, so I had to pretend I wasn’t there just to photograph her, so here are a few shots that I captured of Sam and her teammates.

Jonathan.

This is Jonathan. He is great! These images are a collection of two different occasions that I went out to photograph him. We went to play at a park and then we went out later for this third birthday. Check out those true blue eyes!
